SmartMiete was beta-launched in Germany in August 2021, with a limited set of functionalities available to the German market.

  • tenancy agreement with digital signing

  • move-in protocol

  • integrated upsell of electricity subscription and insurances

 

Over time the platform will serve the German market with innovative features making tenancies successful.

​

Per Q1 2022 the monthly number of landlords signing up on the platform is north of 1 000, and it is expected that by the end of the year the number increases to 5 000.
